1:1 pregnancy wellbeing coaching to nurture your health, energy, and emotional wellbeing - while helping you prepare for a calm, confident transition into parenthood.
trusted by more than 8,000 parents through award-winning antenatal classes and coaching
Pregnancy brings changes to your body, brain, and everyday life. Your body moves differently, your energy shifts, and your routines may no longer fit. You might find your thoughts or emotions feel unfamiliar too — as your brain begins adapting for parenthood.
Add to that the endless to-do lists, advice from every direction, and pressure to “make the most of it,” and it’s easy to feel stretched thin before your baby even arrives. Many expectant parents describe feeling tired, anxious, or unsure how to slow down — especially while juggling work, relationships, and preparation for birth. You might be:

Adjusting to physical changes or managing a pregnancy health condition such as gestational diabetes or high blood pressure

Balancing work demands while planning parental leave

Missing aspects of independence or identity — from social life to financial freedom

Feeling anxious about birth or life after baby

Wondering who you’ll be once everything changes
Coaching gives you space to step back, care for your mind and body, and prepare for the transition ahead with calm and confidence.
Pregnancy coaching is about more than health — it’s a space to feel seen, heard, and supported as you navigate the huge changes happening in your body, brain, and life.
It’s a chance to process the mix of emotions that come with expecting a baby — excitement, fear, guilt, and everything in between — while finding ways to care for yourself and prepare for the months ahead.
Here’s how life can begin to shift:
from feeling invisible behind your pregnancy

to feeling heard and supported as the whole person you are
from losing your voice amid other people’s opinions

to feeling confident setting boundaries and trusting your own instincts
from feeling guilty for having mixed feelings about your pregnancy

to having practical tools to manage energy, stress, and emotional ups and down
from feeling frustrated by how much you’ve had to give up

to being able to talk honestly and feel understood without judgement
from feeling tired, anxious, or unsure how to cope

to reconnecting with what still brings you joy, comfort, and a sense of control
from focusing only on birth

to feeling calmer and more prepared for the realities of life with your baby
from just getting through each day

to making small changes that help life feel easier and more manageable
Pregnancy coaching gives you space to pause, feel supported, and make small, sustainable changes that help you thrive — now and in the months after birth.
Every coaching experience is tailored to you - your body, your mind, and your stage of pregnancy. It’s flexible, supportive, and designed to help you feel well now, while preparing for the changes ahead with calm and confidence.

I’m a UKIHCA-registered health coach and parental brain educator with a background in psychology and antenatal education.
Over the past eight years, I’ve supported more than 8,000 parents through award-winning antenatal classes. Those experiences showed me something important — while most families prepare for labour, far fewer feel prepared for how pregnancy and parenthood will change them.
My coaching offers a calm, confidential space to focus on your wellbeing, identity, and emotional health during pregnancy — alongside gentle, practical support for the months ahead. Together, we’ll explore what’s feeling hardest right now, strengthen your confidence, and help you build sustainable habits and expectations that support calm, connection, and long-term wellbeing.

Pregnancy wellbeing coaching supports your physical and emotional wellbeing, helping you manage fatigue, stress, or pregnancy-related health conditions while preparing for the changes ahead. We can explore anything from balancing work and rest to building your postnatal support plan, setting healthy boundaries, or feeling more confident about birth and parenthood.
The best way to find out is through a free Clarity Call. This is a 45-minute coaching session where we explore what’s happening, what you’d like to change, and whether coaching feels like the right next step. There’s no pressure to continue; just space to talk, reflect, and get clarity.
You can begin at any stage of pregnancy. Some parents start early to focus on health, energy, and mindset; others begin later as they prepare for birth and life with a baby. There’s no right time — we’ll meet you where you are.
Your first session lasts up to 75 minutes so we have space to set goals and explore what’s most important to you. After that, sessions are up to 60 minutes each and can be scheduled weekly or bi-weekly, depending on your needs and energy.
Each session is shaped around you. Together we’ll talk through what’s feeling hardest, explore what’s getting in the way, and create small, realistic steps to support your health, confidence, and peace of mind. You’ll leave each session with practical tools and insights you can use straight away.
It’s complementary. Antenatal classes focus on birth, feeding and baby care. Coaching focuses on you — your wellbeing, mindset, and preparation for the emotional and lifestyle changes of parenthood
Yes. Partners are always welcome. Some families prefer to attend together, while others book individual sessions to focus on their own experiences. We’ll decide what feels most supportive for you both.
You’re welcome to reach out by email between sessions for encouragement or clarification. This light-touch support complements, but doesn’t replace, your one-to-one coaching
